Airline Information

We are pleased to accommodate groups of all ages and sizes, and we have the experience needed to charter our own aircraft. Imagine having a whole airplane just for your group, complete with catered meals. In addition, one teacher/group leader flies for free on the trip per every 10 passengers.

EFT works with all major airlines and does everything in it’s power to setup the best flight times and schedule for all tours. EFT cannot be held responsible for

circumstances not under ourcontrol such as weather delays, mechanical problems or other airline related issues. EFT will do our best to adjust itineraries and accommodate groups if any of these situations should arise. Air Travel Tips: • All participants (over the age of 18) will need a valid picture ID which matches the name of the airline ticket. You will need to present this at the time of check in. Any name changes made to the passenger list

after it has been submitted to EFT will result in a $150 name change fee. EFT will not accept any changes 48 hours prior to departure.

• Pocketknives, metal scissors, tweezers, liuid over 5 ounces and nail files are not allowed on carry bags and must be placed in checked luggage.

• Always put your name and contact information on the outside of all baggage.

• Watch your bags and personal belongings at all times and never leave your luggage unattended. If you must leave the area where you are, even for a moment, take your luggage with you.

• Do not accept packages from strangers.

One (1) carry on luggage is included. Ask for new requirements from airlines as they will now start charging a per bag check-in fee. Please contact the airline you are on to inquire on the fee amount. This amount will need to be paid at the airport.
