Planning a student trip is easy, with EFT!
STEP 1: Choose your destination. Our easy-to-use EFT Destinations page gives you location highlights, itinerary field trip samples, and information on the destination of your choice. Can’t find what you are looking for or planning your first trip and not sure where to start? Contact us directly on our toll free number 1-866-608-4360 and allow our friendly and experienced tour professionals to work hand in hand with you to create your customized student trip.
STEP 2: Book your trip! Once you’ve decided on your destination, call EFT at 1-866-608-4360, send an email to info@goeft.com, or request a tour quote through our website. We will email you your tour quote within 24 hours of receiving your student trip request information or contact you directly to ensure we have all the information we need to create your customized student trip.
STEP 3: Start recruiting. Send home letters and emails inviting parents and students to attend informational meetings. EFT will provide you with all of the marketing materials you need to make these meetings easy and successful.
We encourage all of our Teachers to recruit a Parent Liaison to assist in managing the details of your student trip throughout the year. With EFT, teachers have discovered that organizing group travel can be FUN and EASY after all!
STEP 4: Utilize our website. On www.goeft.com you will find lots of helpful information and resources to assist you with communicating frequently asked questions and trip information with your teachers, parents and students.
STEP 5: Enjoy your trip!

Your Personal EFT Tour Director!
Our experienced Tour Directors manage every trip detail for you so that you don't have to worry about a thing.
You can count on your EFT Tour Director to:
• Maintain communication with the bus driver, Teacher/Group Leader, and chaperone's
• Communicate time schedules and meeting locations to group leaders for each destination
• Manage Hotel Check-In an out
• Lead the way and follow time lines for all trip activities
• Diffuse any potential issues or problems that may arise
• Manage the integrity and liability of the trip
The EFT Tour Director is not a chaperone and cannot be left alone with students at any time. EFT Tour Directors are not local licensed guides. Local guides will be provided by EFT at your destination.
