Transportation Information For Your Student Field Trips, Travel, and Educational Tours

Airline Passenger List Information
List must be submitted to EFT no later than 45 days Prior to departure.

1. All passengers 18 and over traveling with the group must present a valid photo ID when checking in at the airport.

2. All passengers 18 and over the names submitted on the passenger list must appear exactly as shown on their photo ID.

3. Any name changes made to the passenger list after it has been submitted to EFT will result in a $150 name change fee. EFT will not accept any changes 48 hours prior to departure.

4. By submitting your airline passenger list you agree to having read and understood the airline passenger list information sheet.

5. One (1) carry on luggage is included. As for new requirements from most major airlines they will now start charging a per bag check-in fee. Please contact the airline you are on to inquire on the fee amount. This amount will need to be paid at the airport.

Motor Coach Policies
There is no smoking, eating or drinking inside the motorcoach.

If you would like the option of food or snacks there is a $250.00 deposit required.

The motor coach company nor Educational Field Trips will not be responsible for any belongings left inside the bus.

Rate will increase if fuel increases to $5.00 or more for diesel fuel.

No standing or walking while the motor coach is in motion.

Please keep noise to a minimum as not to distract the driver while motor coach is in motion.

DVD/VCR Players are on each motor coach but there may be times while they are not in working order.

EFT will do everything in its power to have them working but cannot guarantee since they are mechanical devices.

Bus driver gratuity has already been paid in advance, additional tips are optional.

Drivers are limited by federal and state laws in the maximum number of hours that they can drive in any given work day and work week, and in the amount of time which must be allowed between work shift for rest. Because of the limitations on total driving hours, your itinerary must remain as scheduled by EFT.
