• EFT will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items so please encourage all students to exhibit responsibility while on the tour.
Air Travel Tips:
• All participants (over the age of 18) will need a valid picture ID which matches the name exactly as it is on the airline ticket. You will need to present this at the time of check in.
• Pocketknives, metal scissors, tweezers, and nail files are not allowed in carry on bags and must be placed in checked-in luggage.
• Watch your bags and personal belongings at all times and never leave your luggage unattended. If you must leave the area where you have placed it, even for a moment take your luggage with you.
• Do not, under any circumstance, accept packages from strangers.
• Put your full name and address on all luggage and personal items.
• If you are checking in luggage please be aware most airlines are now charging for all checked luggage. Please be sure to bring cash the day of your departure.
• Individual luggage may not exceed 50lbs. Fees or charges incurred due to overweight luggage is the responsibility of the traveler.
• Do not lock luggage. Due to security reasons any luggage (locked or unlocked) may be searched at any time.
