All reservations should be reserved appropriately. So as not to loose the enthusiasm of a trip, here are lists of thing to consider in the early stage of preparation:

Time is crucial in planning a trip, the closer you are to the actual date traveling the less space becomes available and reservations are likely to become unavailable for your group or higher the cost will be to travel. Deposits, reservations and transportation all need to be accomplished early.

Keep in mind that a quote may vary because of the time factor. EFT does not book or confirm a trip until an authorized agreement has been finalized and your entire deposit has been received. Depending on the time we receive the above factors can make a difference in your cost. We will notify you when thing have been finalized and on price change if applicable.
