If I had a personal check returned, can I still send another personal check to make a payment?
Unfortunately, when your bank returns one of your checks, we must require guaranteed funds for any further payments. We will accept a cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. There is a charge of $25.00 for returned Checks. You may also make all payments by either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card with a 4% processing fee. We do NOTaccept American Express.
If my payment arrives late, what happens?
A $60.00 late fee is added to your account if your balance is not paid in full by the final payment deadline stated on your “Group Tour Application / Tour Participant Registration” form. All payments received after the final payment deadline must be in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or credit card (no personal or business checks will be accepted). If you find it necessary to pay after the deadline, please contact us immediately at 305-251-8853 or 866-608-4360. We will work with you!
How long do credit card payments take to process?
Credit Card payments are processed immediately. If you want to pay by credit card please contact us by e-mail at monika@goeft.com, we will send you a credit card authorization form for you to complete and send back to EFT for processing. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Refunds?
Refunds for overpayments and/or cancellations will be issued if applicable only upon written request and after a participant’s check (s) has (have) been in the account for 21 days. Refunds will be issued in the name of the Person who issued the check. All refund checks are mailed 4-6 weeks after the request has been processed. There will be a non-refundable $35 Stop-Payment fee for lost refund checks.
Late Payments
In the event payments are made late, EFT is not responsible for any cancelled services.
In the event that the reinstated services are more expensive, you are responsible for
paying the difference in cost. EFT will do everything in its power to prevent this
occurrence and therefore will appreciate your help in meeting the deadlines for
payment according to the schedule that was agreed upon. All late bookings will be
assessed a $100.00 per participant charge. A charge of $25 will be assessed for each
returned check in addition to any bank charges that may occur due to a returned payment.
Cancellation Policy & Procedures
* 60 Days or more prior to departure
passenger will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the per person tour price. Penalty can be reduced by submitting another passenger in your place.
* 59 - 31 Days prior to departure
passenger will be subject to a penalty equal to 75% of the per person tour price. Penalty can be reduced by submitting another passenger in your place.
* 30 Days or less prior to departure
passenger will be subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the per person tour price.
Penalty can be reduced by submitting another passenger in your place.
On tours that include an airline flight, change of name is subject to the airlines policies and an additional penalty fee may apply.
Any requests for a “ Passenger Cancellation” must be on EFT cancellation form. The cancellation fee will be assessed from the date that form is received in our office. All refunds are processed 14 days after receipt of form.
