Can my Tour Itinerary Change?
While EFT makes every effort to keep your itinerary as is, there are times when we may need to modify it. Sometimes this involves changing the order in which some attractions are seen. You will have a final itinerary which you will need to approve no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Once you have signed and agreed to the itinerary please make copies to issue to all your Tour Participants.

Participant Enrollment
We recommend that our Group Leader/Teacher encourage travelers to apply as soon as possible because tours fill up quickly. Participants must be given the username and password to get into our site to have access to the registration forms, payment slips and very important information about registering for the tour.

Travel Insurance
Educational Field Trips highly recommends that you protect your investment by purchasing “Access America Travel Insurance Plan”. This company is in no way associated with EFT and is a private company. Please contact them directly if you have any questions on their Insurance Plans. 1-800-284-8300

Will your group sit together on the plane?
Depending on your group’s size, you may sit together. You will receive your seating assignments when you check-in.

Hotel Rooming
All rates are based on 4 participants to a room. EFT offers 1 complimentary upgrade for the Group Leader/Teacher. If participant requires a Triple, Double, or Single please refer to the Tour Application and Registration form for Supplemental Cost.

Rooming Lists & Change in Room Arrangements
Your group leader is responsible for creating the rooming breakdowns and arrangements for the tour participants. Any inquires regarding rooming arrangements should be directed to your group leader. We cannot guarantee adjoining rooms. Purchasing an upgrade will guarantee the type of room you request.

Terms and Provisions
The terms and provisions of these Booking Conditions supersede any other warranties, representations, terms or conditions, unless they are expressly stated within a Booking Conditions Addendum or in a letter signed by an EFT officer. Prices are subject to change. Please refer to our tour manual for the terms and provisions.

Lost Belongings
EFT is not responsible for any lost belongings.

Refunds
Refunds for overpayments will be issued only upon written request and after a participants check (s) has (have) been in the account for 21 days. Refunds will be issued in the name which appears on the check, money order, or credit card that the payment was made from. All refund checks are mailed 4-6 weeks after the request has been processed. There will be a $35.00 Non-refundable stop payment fee for lost refund checks.

Group Leader Cancellation
A group leader must accompany participants on every tour. If a Group Leader cancels for any reason, EFT will ask him or her to assign a new Group Leader to the group’s participants. The new group leader is responsible for any increases in his or hers own airline costs.

Hotels
EFT nor the Hotel which will be booked for your group can guarantee that all your rooms will be on the same floor. We will do everything within our power to try but again cannot guarantee.

Publicity Release
I understand and consent that EFT may use any film likeness taken of me and any of my comments while on an EFT tour for future publicity and also use my contact information for future EFT promotions.

Flight Information
Educational Field Trips works with all Major Airlines. We will always do our best to provide the most direct route to your destination. However, due to available flight routings, we cannot guarantee non-stop or direct flights.

Will my Group fly together?
Depending on seat availability and the size of the plane, we may not be able to accommodate all members of a group on the same flight. Sometimes, groups may travel on an overnight red-eye flight, departing the evening before the tour is scheduled to begin. EFT is not responsible for airline schedule changes, mechanical, weather, or capacity related flight delays.

Hotel Security
Most hotels used by EFT have their own night security guard on duty. If you would like to hire your own security guard only to cover your floor (s) at the hotel please notify EFT as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Please be advised this is an additional cost. Please call us for details.

Number of Passengers
EFT will book vendors based on the estimated # of participants listed on the “Group Tour Application” if you need to add participants please call EFT as rates may differ.
