Can my Tour Itinerary Change?
While EFT makes every effort to keep your itinerary as is, there are times when we may need to modify it. Sometimes this involves changing the order in which some attractions are seen. You will have a final itinerary which you will need to approve no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Once you have signed and agreed to the itinerary please make copies to issue to all your student field trip participants.

How early should students commit to going on the trip?
We recommend that your Group Leader/Teacher/Parent Liaison encourage students to commit as soon as possible to the tour as they fill up quickly.

What are hotel rooming rates based on?
All rates are based on 4 students to a room. EFT offers 1 complimentary upgrade for the Group Leader/Teacher. If a participant requires a triple, double, or single please refer to the 'Tour Application and Registration Form" for supplemental costs.

Who creates the rooming lists and changes in room arrangements?

Your Group Leader is responsible for creating the rooming breakdowns and arrangements for the student field trip participants. Any inquires regarding rooming arrangements should be directed to your group leader. We cannot guarantee adjoining rooms. You may purchase an upgrade to guarantee the type of room you request. In this case, please notify your Group Leader as soon as possible so that we can make proper arrangements.

What are the Terms and Provisions of the Booking Conditions?
The terms and provisions of these Booking Conditions supersede any other warranties, representations, terms or conditions, unless they are expressly stated within a Booking Conditions Addendum or in a letter signed by an EFT Officer. Prices are subject to change. Refer to our tour manual for additional terms and provisions.

What happens when a Group Leader cancels?
A Group Leader must accompany participants on every tour. If a Group Leader cancels for any reason, EFT will ask him or her to assign a new Group Leader to the group’s participants. The new Group Leader is responsible for any increases in his or hers own airline costs.

Are all rooms booked on the same floor of the hotel?
Neither EFT or the Hotel which will be booked for your group can guarantee that all your rooms will be on the same floor. We will do everything within our power to try but again cannot guarantee.

Are all flights non-stop?
Educational Field Trips works with all major airlines. We will always do our best to provide the most direct route to your destination. However, due to available flight routings, we cannot guarantee non-stop or direct flights.

Is hotel security provided?
Most hotels used by EFT have their own night security guard on duty. If you would like to hire your own security guard only to cover your floor (s) at the hotel please notify EFT as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Please be advised this is an additional cost. Please call us for details.

Can I add additional passengers after I turn in my "Group Tour Application"?
EFT will book vendors based on the estimated number of participants listed on the “Group Tour Application”. If you need to add participants please call EFT as soon as possible as rates may differ.
